Meet Terry Mulligan
Terry has seven years of experience selling real estate on St Thomas. He has also sold real estate in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. He spent twenty years in sales management and sales training in the publishing industry as well.
His primary sales objective is to identify your needs and then help you find the right property to fulfill your need.
After coming to St Thomas, Terry met his wife, Jackie Marin, a 27 year veteran of real estate on St Thomas. They began working as a team, purchasing and establishing RE/MAX Dream Properties on the island and later selling the business.
They continue to work as agents on the island. In addition to working with clients listing and purchasing property Terry and Jackie manage over thirty island properties.
Terry has focused heavily on assisting investors and second home buyers locate their “Dream” properties on the island. He believes St Thomas is an excellent investment location as it offers ease of transportation, American law protections, fee simple title, a strong resale market, and great conveniences that most Americans desire. St Thomas also offers solid investment returns allowing buyers to enjoy the places they purchase while profiting or offsetting their costs.
Terry loves the beauty of the U.S. Virgin Islands and the outdoor activities it affords everyone. He is a fitness buff, works out almost everyday, and really loves the opportunity to have come away from those cold Midwest winter months!
Terry and Jackie also own homes in Colorado and Arizona.
